One of the unintended gifts that came from my unemployment was the opportunity to be coached by my consultant. She is both incredibly knowledgeable and also incredibly supportive. She did such a great job of building a rapport with me and being supportive during a low time (the early stages of being unemployed). There are peaks and valleys while being unemployed, and she was great at knowing in the moment when I was at the peak and she could push, or when I was in the valley and not ready to be pushed. Also, she is so knowledgeable; she gave me so many practical and strategic tips.
